Process Days Before Due Not Working for PayPal, Amazon and Google Checkout

I have PayPal, Amazon and Google Checkout as my payment gateways.

 

I set the automation settings so that

 

Process Days Before Due = 8.

Attempt Only Once = No

Retry Every Week For = 2

 

I also have the cron job running and invoices are sent out. All automation EXCEPT this early capture before due date is successful.

 

I have clients with both recurring PayPal and without recurring PayPal subscriptions. None of them have this early capture.

 

Can someone help me on this issue? Is there something that I have missed in the configuration or setup that is obvious?
