Pro-rated billing question

I am looking for a bit of advice to see if WHMCS can handle a certain billing scenario I am looking to implement.

For example a client signs up and orders a dedicated server on the 14th of August, I would like WHMCS to charge the client for two months service and then on the 14th of September charge them for another months service giving them 30 days to pay.

The reason for this is so the customer is always 1 month ahead with payments which would force 1 months cancellation notice because if by the 14th of October they haven't paid, their 1 month cancellation notice will be filed and we would then provide the service until the 14th of November.

Additional to the above it would be nice if I could have the above situation but pro-rated to always be invoiced on the 1st of each month on 30 day payment terms.

I hope I have explained this clearly enough - is this possible with WHMCS or would I need to have my own custom development done to achieve this?

Thanks for your help :)
