Client not able to edit their own address and phone number details

Hi Guys,

 

Im quite used to WHMCS and have had a problem reported where the user is telling me they cannot edit their own address and contact details. I've had a look around in the backend and cant see anything other than the "Contact" tab on the client profile, where it allows you to tick boxes to grant permissions. This does not seem to have done anything.

 

Any idea's where I can grant permission for them been able to update their own profiles?

Did you try unchecking corresponding check boxes at Setup > General settings > Other > Locked Client Profile Fields?
