Possible to waive set up fee if add on is purchased?

Hello,

 

Is this scenario possible: First, I will have a set up fee added to my web hosting services.

 

I would also like to have an add-on service (one time purchase, non-recurring) also available at the time of purchase.

 

Is it possible to have the set up fee waived IF the client chooses to purchase the add-on service?
