Need a quick answer about WHMCS working with Authorize.net CIM.

When using WHMCS, is it possible to store ALL customer data off-server, i.e. on Authorize.net server via their CIM facility?

We have the intention of using WHMCS for recurring billing, but so far the only answer to this question in the WHMCS FAQ indicates that customer CC info is stored in encrypted format within our on-server database, this is not what we want. We hope to avoid PCI compliance and in general, potential security issues by using the authorize.net server exclusively to store ALL of our customer data there. Is this possible to work out when using WHMCS?

Thanks very much. I have a need to know the answer to this one very soon, so if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.
