Any way to use 12-hr clock instead of military/24-hr clock?

Hi, we were just setting up WHMCS and the Project Management addon, and we were wondering if there was any way to change the 24-hour clock format to a 12-hour one. For our company in the U.S. it's just a little awkward and inconvenient to have our to-do list say we have a meeting or project due at 15:30, rather than 2:30 PM. It would be much easier (and appreciated!) if we could use the 12-hr format. Is this possible?
