Problems with WHMCS email and app google or my hosting provider

I am trying to send emails to my customer "X" and show me the error:

 

Email Sending Failed - SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

Email Sending Completed

 

I checked my settings in app google and POP/IMAP are enable, I tried with differents ports and I have the problem yet.

 

I wrote to WHMCS support and I am waiting from 24/07/2012, then I decide to write here the problem, I hope some can help me I am stressed.
