ticket opening/replying issue after updating to v5.1.2

I uprgaded whmcs to latest version

but now I cannot open ticket to my customers. when ever i try to reply a ticket by clicking add response i get blank page. i tried to refresh but its the same bank page.

I enabled error display and got error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ticketsummary() in /home/..../public_html/clients/includes/ticketfunctions.php on line 0

 

I opened ticket with whmcs, they gave me ticketfunctions.php file to replace

I did but after that no one from customer side can open ticket with error

 

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ticketsummary() in /home/.../public_html/clients/includes/ticketfunctions.php on line 0

 

I informed whmcs support by opening ticket on 03/08/2012

they ask to provide them whmcs admin login, account ftp and cpanel login

all was provided, but its been 10 days without any reply.

 

 

I hope they are not such busy to update a ticket telling that they are working to show that they are really working on issue rather then ignoring it.

I hope several of other users would be facing this problem like me

please share if you are facing the same problem.
