Hello,

 

Currently, I have email piping enabled to my WHMCS ticket system.

 

Objective: is to have a backup of all emails received on a separate email account while still have email piped to the ticket system.

 

I'm wondering if it's possible to forward that mail to an email address using the email forward option in cpanel and still have them show/piped to the ticket system in WHMCS?
