Subdomain Options set but not shown in Cart

I have the following domain set in Setup-> Products/Services -> Other -> Subdomain Options -> .japansailing.jp

for Basic WebSite Level 1. It is not set for any other products.

 

On the front end, after WebSites-> WebSite Basic-> Level1 -> Order Now -> Product Configuration -> The Free Domain option is not displayed.

Any ideas as to what I have missed setting up would be appreciated.
