webarama-gil
We have a few clients with multiple packages of the same type. When they get an invoice for one of them (eg. "Basic Package") they're not sure what domain it's for. Is there a way to have the domain listed on the invoice (eg. "Basic Package - domain.com")?
Jordan
That should already be in the invoice; When an invoice is created, it will usually follow this format: [Package Name - domain.com (MM/DD/YYYY - MM/DD/YYYY)] [Price of item] Or say it's for a domain name: [Domain - domain.com - Registration Length] [Price of registration]
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 1, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 1, 2007 It's because you have the product type set to Other that it doesn't do this. You'll need to change the type to Hosting Account if you want that, but then they have to enter a domain which is the reason you have it set to Other as you don't require people to be using a domain.
