Need help integrating a Wordpress website to a special purpose support WHMCS website

A Newbie:

 

I have yet to publish my new Wordpress website with its storefront handling a limited number of products (just 2 at this stage: mobile apps and mobile websites) where I hope to get people to "click"/buy my products.

 

In the meantime, set up WHMCS in separate support website: I have to get the Wordpress commercial site feeding into the support website. It got too big and complicated to have WHMCS on the commercial website so I created another website: http://www.hq4mobilesupport.com, and some WHMCS set-up has been done...

 

I need help with all the rest of the setup and integration . I also need quotes

 

I don't know much about this = not a technical person....

 

3 aspects need setting up : keep it simple (KISS) for first time customers

 

1) Buy products. once the client buys a product on Wordpress commercial website - I need to link to support site so info goes via WHMCS

2) Submit tickets. New clients needing help - a way to make them set up their account on the Wordpress site and a link from Wordpress site to the support site

3) Manage client account access once set up via Wordpress site

4) future billing - tracking

 

I am hoping that after a while most existing clients, familiar with the support website will go there directly.

 

I have bought WHMCS as a service infrastructure to set up reseller accounts for various small operators/business pushing my products so I can send responses to tickets with alternate information and branding so that I can run everything through WHMCS.

 

Also I need to setup an area where I can log additional details on my clients buying from me, as well as for my resellers who are separate businesses with their clients: is this possible? .

Thank you for responding to the WHMCS marketplace thread and my request. I have just bought WHMCS and they set it up - more or less - I now need to put in a GoMobi API which should have normally been part of the Enom products which can be integrated as part of this management system.

 

I know every little about this area: I just have to make the website I have put it into : http://www.hq4mobilesupport.com, look good and work efficiently.

 

Job 1: lookiing at integration and fixing anything that needs fixing. This is one job to start with and I would need you to look at what has been put up to see what it needs....

 

Job 2: Also, the cost of integrating the GoMobi API modules part of Enom (WHMCS is a distributor of Enom APIs/products: all the domains, etc... that you have in your portfolios). .

 

Job 3: Wordpress website customisation:

My challenge: I am only going to be selling 2 products, (apps and mobile websites) and perhaps some dot mobi domains.: GoMobi mobile websites (already part of the products offered by WHMCS : I have signed up as a reseller for these products), and Go Mobile Apps, something quite different, for which I will have a special purpose website called :http://www.mobilewebsitesolutions.com... this website still has to be polished.

 

I am trying to get GoMobile solutions to integrate a template I want, and customise that template for me..

 

FUTURE POTENTIAL WORK: I want to create 3-D native game apps, and will be requirring a developer and designer team to work on them. I will ahve to study carefully what type of apps and the specs to request quotes on. I will hope to hae these native apps developed by experts and will be getting quotes via ODesk.

 

Background:

In both cases (both websites mentioned above re job quote requests - Jobs 1 and 2 at this stage) I will have clients that will want service, hence the service ticket facility that WHMCS has. Also, I intend to have resellers that will have to manage the websites they sell from within this Management centre. .

 

I would like to discuss this with you via Skype. What it is you know and what it is I need to do.

I am unclear as to what capabilities have been installed and what still needs to be installed.
