I update WHMCS from version 4.5.2 to version 5.0.3 .

When I go to Utilities >> System >> Database Status (see image http://screencast.com/t/C21d4hDsLkqW)

and click button "Download Database Backup", I am getting empty database backup without database name.

I am getting backup without database name: _backup_20120721_080028.zip

And database in this zip archive also is without database name: .sql

But they must be:

accountname_database_backup_20120721_080028.zip

accountname_database.sql

Please help me find the problem and fix it.

Please use the following fix:

The no database name is part of the problem when the fix is not applied.

I had the same issue but I turned off php safe mode on server and it worked fine.

Safe mode breaks alot of things but isn't the root cause this time around.
