Hello,

 

I have problem in the my whmcs. When our customer make or add the nameserver DNS on them domains they face this message:

Nameserver Change Failed

User not permitted from this IP address – 4

and I faced this problem when I’m gonna edit the DNS from the admin Cpanel

 

Please tell me how can I fix that
