once off services

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if there is a way to bill a client for a once off service, i.e. it doesn't show up in their login, things I'd use this for is contract work and server reboots.

 

I.e. they callup for assistance or a server reboot and I bill them once off, obviously each time they require our services.

Hi Barry,

 

You wouldn't create a product for this. You would just go to the client, click the Create Invoice link and you can then create custom invoices - so enter a description and fee, click Save and then the client can pay that from their client area.

You can also setup a product for it, to make it easier to enter if you like, for those things that get repeated often. Obviously these would then be listed against the customer.

Sure, just add a product to the user with the recurring settings you want.

Do you mean to create a product and then add it to the client?

 

As I want to create custom invoices for custom packages without having to create multiple custom products under Products/Services.
