Hostnetric
I just installed Whmcs for my business and everything installed correctly. I can enter the admin with no issues and several of the links from the main client page are working just fine as well such as knowledge base, domain availibilty and a couple of others, but the most important ones simply give me a page cannot be found when clicked. These are order, client area, support ticket, submit ticket and affiliates. I have checked and the pages are showing in the files of my site, but they will not load when I click on the icon links. Any help in this would help. Thanks, Kevin
uberhost
Do you have an SSL cert installed? If not, log into the admin panel and click on the Configuration menu. Click General Configuration, and on the first tab make sure that "WHMCS SSL System URL" is blank.
Hostnetric
Yea I found that last night. The problem is that it should work with my cert. I am trying to figure out how to get that to work right now. For some reason I cannot get it to work when I put in the https address for my cert. Any ideas would be welcome at this moment. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 28, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 28, 2007 The URL you are entering must be wrong for it not to work. WHMCS is trying to redirect to it but being unable to which results in no loading. Matt
Hostnetric
I rechecked my url and it is correct. I just installed a cert on another of my sites with no issues last week. Not sure what I am missing on this one.
Hostnetric
well I found the issue. It seems for some reason that my https address is still associated with my old IP that I switched from over a week ago. Not sure if this will eventually propogate or if I am going to have to figure out something else.
