Deafault Template's index page never matches captcha code in first look up

Hi

I can't figure this one out.

I just installed WHMCS, easy steps and all working fine so far, except that...

I found out, using Default Template, when looking for a domain, it ALWAYS throws a captcha code rejected message:

"The characters you entered didn't match the image shown. Please try again."

Then I try again, which by then we are now in...

website.com/domainchecker.php?etc....

Where it works...

But the captcha is never accepted from the website.com/index.php page

I checked with my host, and they determine the sessions on website are all fine.

I can log in admin area and it remembers my account just fine.

Does anyone else having this issue??

Could someone try using Default template and look up a domain from index page and see if captcha is accepted in first try??

Any idea what can I do?

thank you
