Setting up of Conversation Tracking

I've been trying to setup conversion tracking for ages now and can't seem to get it to work

 

Id be happy to pay someone if they can successfully set it up for me

 

Im trying to track Google adwords and a Retargetting campaign conversions

 

I've put the code into my complete page within the {ispaid} section and was told due to Google checkout and paypal some users might leave the browser before seeing the complete page

 

So now i just want to track conversions when clients signup just before they get redirected to the payment gateway, that way i can track all my conversions whether they pay or not, as i just really want to track where my traffic is coming from

 

Can someone help me ? i've raised support tickets within my client area but never seem to get any replies so im hoping opening a thread and offering a money incentive for someone to help ?
