entirelydigital Posted July 3, 2012 Share Posted July 3, 2012 We would like a hook file created such that when a support ticket gets created and a customer has a "custom client field" of type "text area" titled "support_notes" that a note be created for that support ticket which contains the text of that custom field's data for that customer every time a support ticket gets created for the customer. Our current version is V 4.5.2 but we will be upgrading to v 5.x in the coming months so we'll need 2 versions of the hook file - 1 for v4 and one for v5. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
