webarama
When creating a new ticket, use of apostophe in the subjects (eg. 'test') results in ticket not being created. Removing the apostophe in the subject and it works fine.
PPH
OK at first I thought this was confirmed, but found I was sending from an email address that was set to one of the support departments. Did you have the problem via the support form or via email? I tested via email with 'test' test' {test} and all were imported if they were sent from a different address than registered with a support department. UPDATE: checked via a web form and 'test' subject created a ticket also.
webarama
Sorry, should have been more descriptive (I was busy when I posted this). As admin, if you create a new support ticket within the admin interface you'll see this bug.
PPH
OK, just checked with the subject test' and another with 'test' opening a new ticket in the admin area and both were created fine Also tried one with each an existing client and a non client. Might want to try to duplicate within the demo?
