sirchmeister
I have CMS installations as one of my Products/Services. I have also created an email for it. However, I wanted the email to be a notification that the CMS order was accepted without first accepting it. Since this has to be manually done. Would it work if I just chose an automatic setup and just chose Cpanel and left all details blank?
brianoz
You can't have a notification that an order was accepted without accepting it first, could you translate a little?
sirchmeister
I want notifications sent out saying. We are working on your CMS installation blah blah blah. The obvious invoice emails get sent out. Then once I complete it I can activate the order and send out the "CMS Finished email" The email system as it stands now seems to be geared towards hosting. Whereas, if I am offering services such as installations etc, I want to be able to send custom emails on receiving orders.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 26, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 26, 2007 Would it work if I just chose an automatic setup and just chose Cpanel and left all details blank? No, that wouldn't work - as the setup would fail, the email wouldn't be sent. You can use the checkout script to send this email.
