disgruntled
you need to check your settings, it could be that your email settings are not correct though you should get a notice. Has the client checked their junk inbox? Are you set up to use a specific ip for your emails? spf record in the dns, If you are setup to send email from a dedicate IP (your site) and the mail server is sending emails from say a shared ip, your spf records will not match. this means that the receiving mailserver doing a spf check to make sure it is a valid email from your server will see a different ipaddress and dependant on their set up will either junk or dump the email. my guess is yours are getting dumped with this email provider (if your emails are working normally) Also are you setup to use DKIM? this is a domain validation key, it basically says, hey i own this domain, and this email is coming from this domain so let it through, this is especially the case for hotmail, i am guessing this is becoming more widespread too and you should be considering it if your not already doing it.
