I never had this problem before. Using 5.02 and have not changed anything.

Smarty Error: [in emailtpl:emailmessage line 17]: syntax error: unrecognized tag ''

Smarty Error: [in emailtpl:emailmessage line 17]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: color: #0000ff;

Smarty Error: [in emailtpl:emailmessage line 17]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: font-family: verdana; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal;

Would it be beneficial to re-uplaod only certain files into my whmcs to make sure that nothing is missing? Or is some other problem going on.

change the template to the default one in the admin area, or one of the others (not your own custom) and see what happens when you try to sent an email.

Also can you open up that tpl file thats causing the issues and see if you can spot a tag that isnt in the default.

I have already done that. Have even even uploaded new files. Now there is also an issue in IE when trying to log in. Works fine in FF. In IE clients trying to log into their account automatically getting message that they are being banned for x amount of minutes for wrong username and password attempts. Get the same message for my admin area. This only happens in IE for some strange reason.
