How to link client in WHMCS with account in WHM?

Prior to installing WHMCS I set up a client hosting account in my WHM panel. I now have WHMCS up and running and wish to use it for billing this existing client. I have created the client account manually in WHMCS now too - how do I link this WHMCS account with the WHM one?

you will need to make sure all the details are correct for the client, cpanel just doesnt have all the info that whmcs needs, it only holds the basics, package, contact email. so you will have to fillout the rest yourself but it is fairly well self explanitory.

Anything client side, ask the client to create an account. then you can just push the imported product to that clients account.

I imported an entire server and each WHM account created a new WHMCS account named 'xxx owner'. Where xx was teh WHM/Cpanel account name. I then created a single new WHMCS account called 'Holding Account' and moved ALL the newly imported products and then deleted all the temp accounts. I will then process them from this holding account and move them to their real account holder as they are created.
