We are evaluating WHMCS for use in a non-web hosting company but one where our customers will be charged a monthly subscription price which includes a certain amount of GB data transfer and storage. They can also purchase additional GBs in advanced if they need to top up their account. If they go over their available amount they will be charged another rate.
WHMCS seems perfectly suited to the initial subscription. My question is can WHMCS be used to monitor and apply billing rules to active consumption like I mentioned above? Our servers can run reports to inform WHMCS of usage but can WHMCS receive that info, show it it the customer in their dashboard, and also add it to their monthly invoice?

Hello,

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
