whatthehost Posted June 6, 2012 Share Posted June 6, 2012 Hi Everyone I am testing a new WHMCS installation, for an existing hosting business. I have DistributeIT set up as a registrar. I had eNom, but have removed the details, as I have decided against using them. When I go to my order page and select 'Transfer your domain from another registrar' the screen goes grey and stays grey. Has anyone come across this before or know what I'm doing wrong? Strother Posted June 6, 2012 Share Posted June 6, 2012 DistributeIT was taken over by TPP wholesale last year after a huge hacking incident at DIT. As a result, TPP has been rewriting their interface for the better part of six months, and they have yet to work out all of the bugs between their API and WHMCS. Your problem is more likely caused by issues at DIT/TPP than it is with WHMCS. TPP is a great partner for domains, but they have a lot of work to do on the tie ins with WHMCS. If you PM me here I'll pass along the name of a good contact inside that is involved with fixing the issues.
