Cpanel/WHM Ipmort help needed

After reading all the documentation and following all instructions I just cannot get the import to work. I have checked and double checked all the information for accuracy and still it cannot find the accounts I am trying to import.

 

I am using cpanel/whm I have changed and used a new security key, tried using password with and without the security key, tried different hostnames (only 2 to choose from) and IP Addys, double checked nameservers and IP's all to no avail.

 

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated
