disgruntled Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 are you getting any error notices? admin homepage see if there are any log notices. if you still cant get it to work and nothing is showing, have a quick check for any php/mysql errors. setup > general > other (two check boxes at the bottom) just remember to uncheck once done. Check the server your trying to set up doesnt have a firewall blocking your connections. If so, add your whmcs installation server to the whitelist in that fire wall, also you might need to unblock the ports. Double check your passwords if using, or keys are set correctly, double check that the account you are using on the provisioning server is permitted to use ssh, curl etc, these can stop whmcs from working properly with the server. You might not have the correct modules installed, check this on the provisioning server. These are a start, hope you get it sorted. (if you get anything like curl error codes (7 28 etc etc) its most likely the firewall killing the connection. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
