helresa
Hi I have a number of bundles set up, I have one client which for various reasons has had an account set up the same options as the bundle, but not ordering as a bundle, this time I am invoicing manually. My question is when the invoice is created next year for the services, will it honour the bundle price. I have a bundle which includes hosting and domain which are free but I charge for a managed service which is the cost. I am just worried that the customer next year will get an invoice for the full amount instead of the bundle price.
m8internet
Create a bundle on your test account, that expires tonight, then check the invoice when it is sent to you
helresa
Actually I think I might have a bigger problem, It would appear that if you create an order manually through the add new order process, it doesn't seem to take into account the bundle pricing. is there a way to assign bundle pricing retro actively.
m8internet
I don't use bundles, I gave in with it Instead I create a product group, it seems to do the same thing and is more effective, eg hosting and Domain Name together
