aliitp Posted May 27, 2012 Share Posted May 27, 2012 Hi Recently i upgraded to IE9 when i try to send an email through WHMCS and type it through the wysiwyg editor in WHMCS well i can type it ! but when i try to send it i get an error saying that no message was entered, and what i wrote just disspears exactly like am typing this message in the forum, except if it was an email i would never be able to deliver it to you however firefox works just fine ? any thoughts how to resolve this annoying problem ? thanks.. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

m8internet Posted May 28, 2012 Share Posted May 28, 2012 when i try to send it i get an error saying that no message was entered, and what i wrote just disspears I had that in IE8 as well Compose your message, then copy/paste it into wordpad I find the trick is to type a load of junk with return key, then delete it all Then copy/paste in the message I want to send The same issue also affects the annoucements, support articles, and so on However these aren't such an issue as once I have entered the junk I can then replace this with the actual text, which then appears correctly 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
