Invoice client details don't change

I had this pro-forma invoice. Client decided that the invoice should be in the name of her partner with his tax number etc. So I told the client to change the main account details herself in the client area. She did, but the pro-forma invoice remained in the old name. Apparently the invoice information was (suddenly) that of a contact.

 

Expected behavior is that the invoice has the same details as the profile OR that it is clear what contact is holding the invoice information. Please change the system that it is either intuitive or clear.
