Different Staff Roles in ticket?

We have a system to have different staff roles, but we don't seem to have a way to differentiate between them on the clients side, in tickets, they all just display 'Staff'. Is there a way, or a plugin, which allows this differentiation? It's something of a glaring deficiency to me.
