Custom invoice report for a given time period & address for TAX based reports

Yesterday I got an email from a my client for develop whmcs custom invoice report, here is his requirements;

Hey Sam,

 

I need a report that displays invoices and their amount for a given time period, based on a searchable address field.

 

For example, I need all invoices for January 1 to March 31 for clients with California in the address field.

 

The choosable parameters would be Invoices (paid or unpaid), dates, and any address like state, zip, or country.

Would be better if the customers telephone and email were added, then could be used for credit control
