websbest
I deactivated my Authorize.net gateway because I signed up for the CIM today. I activated that module and tried to sign up a new client. I received this error....Remote Transaction Failure. Please Contact Support I tried again and same thing. So just to be sure all info was correct, I tried setting up an account with my own card and got this error... The credit card details you entered were declined. Please try a different card or contact support. I paid to have everything configured and I am finding things that weren't set up and the most important part, taking orders, is not working. Please help.
desynced
So what does the gateway log say why its being declined?
laszlof
Are you trying to update an existing client with new CC details, or did you create a new client? Have you already ran the import script? Clients that are currently stored using the regular authorize.net module will continue to use this to store their details until you run the import script for authorize.net CIM.
sixullc
Just found another post with an answer that worked for me at http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.ph...horize.net+cim. Contrary to what you might think, you should not tick the setting to "Disable Credit Card Storage" in Setup > General Settings > Security as that will disable entry by a client. It must be enabled to show the credit card payment form and allow clients to update their card details, but the fact you are using the Authorize.net CIM module will prevent the details being stored locally in WHMCS and instead store them only on the remote system. After disabling the checkbox, it worked perfectly.
