l0sth34d
Comodo Essential WILDCARD is missing in the eNomSSL module, could you add it in the next version of WHMCS please ? Thank you
itomic
Yes, I just noticed it's missing here too. Please add it!
openmind
It's not missing on mine?
itomic
That's weird. Unless I'm seriously dyslexic, I don't see Certificate-Comodo-Essential-Wildcard in there. See attachment.
itomic
Wow, these forums don't allow very large attachments. For some reason gifs are allowed to be larger than other graphic formats... seeing if this attachment is more readable.
openmind
Interesting, here's mine. The layout does seem to be different. Are you running the latest release?
itomic
Thanks very much for that, Phil. A screenshot doesn't lie! We're running the latest release version of WHMCS: 5.2.5. Excuse my ignorance, but if we're running the latest release version of WHMCS, does that therefore mean we're running the latest release version of enomssl? If not, then it's not obvious to me where in WHMCS I go to for the purpose of updating the enomssl module - and where I got to get/download the latest version. :-/
itomic
Bingo! On advice from WHMCS, I enabled debugging: Utilities > Logs > Module Log. This showed that the username and pword we were using to access the eNom were invalid. So how/why eNom was coming back with a list of certs at all is a bit strange, i.e. would have been much better if, rather than returning a partial list and no error message, it returned no SSL list and an error message. So now I've correct it to the right u+p - there's that pesky Essential Wildcard. Great - thanks Phil
openmind
It's always the most simple things that irritate the most. I was sitting here thinking why mine was different too!
