Custom Button to like to a page

Hi All,

 

I resell solusvm from another company and there is no specific module for this however i'm trying to devlops a work around using the client api that the reseller offers.

 

so i'm looking to put a button into the client area product page to link to a html file so the client has a link to a web based vnc page.

 

is this possible if so is there any documentation on how to achieve this
