Client getting repeat overdue emails

One of my clients is getting repeat overdue emails from my WHMCS system.

 

The client is not overdue and he has paid uptodate.

 

No idea why he is getting these emails, the emails DO NOT show up on the utilities>Email log

 

any ideas?
