JFSG Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 I have 2 WHMCS installations. However, the Filter Tickets list show up differently on both installations. Please take a look at the 2 screenshots. In the first WHMCS installation, the filter ticket list only display tickets Awaiting Reply, Flagged Tickets and All Active Tickets. In the second installation, all ticket status (including custom status) are displayed. Both WHMCS are running 5.0.3.
