adakist
Hello, I have experienced a problem with ordering a package and it being placed under the wrong account: 1) Used the "login as client" feature to login as a client (client a) 2) Went to order form and placed order 3) Chose "existing client" and logged into a different client account (client b, not the one I used with "login as client" 4) The order & invoice was added to the original client (client a) I'm not sure if a similar effect is achieved if you login without using the "login as client" as well. EDIT: I just realized the password entered in step 3 was the incorrect password, although expected behavior would be to output a "wrong password" error. Thank you! WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 20, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 20, 2007 No, when you use the login as client link, you are logged in as that client but as an admin, so you don't have to enter the password during checkout. Any password will be accepted - but most just leave it blank. You cannot add an order to a different client by changing the email. This isn't a bug.
