cant auto create subdomains

Well guys i cant get creation of subdomains working,

 

I have this ticked,

Require Domai : Tick to show domain registration options

 

Also have .mydomain.com in Products/Services OTHER TAB

 

When i just place a dummy order for a domian name it auto creates that,

 

 

But not creating the free subdomain with another package

 

Would any of you have any ideas?
