livechat and confg drop dow menu add on

I was wondering what does whmcs or a 3rd party offer for a livechat addon? Also I was wondering what this would be called. If someone wants to order a public server from me right now, they need to click no in the private server area and click 0 private slots. What I'm looking for is someting that will hide the private slots from the order form if someone clicks no to private slots but if someone clicks yes then the private slot drop down menu stays on private and the public server menu drop down box disappears
