TPPInternet Domain Sync Report is empty - how to debug?

Hello.

 

My TPPInternet Domain Syncronisation Report (email sent to me) is coming up (essentially) empty:

1. I'm 100% certain that there are domains in WHMCS that should be reported here

2. I'm 99% certain that I've supplied the correct IP address of our WHMCS installation to TPPInternet so that they can authorise us to access their systems via WHMCS and their API.

 

A search of WHMCS (logs, etc.) makes no reference to TPPInternet at all.

 

So I'm wondering how/where I can work out what's going wrong?
