Some fields won't translate!

Hi!

 

I'm experiencing that some fields wont translate, for some reason.

 

More specific:

$_LANG['supportticketsstatuscloseticket'] and

$_LANG['supportticketsreply'] - Gives no result.

 

Anybody else had this issue? Might be more fields, but those are the only ones that i've ran into that wont work.
