Problem converting database table to InnoDB mysql 5.5

I just upgraded my server to use mysql 5.5 and Im converting the engine in use by my database tables.

 

All of the tables converted ok with the exception of one :

 

ALTER TABLE tablename.tblknowledgebase engine=InnoDB;

 

This produced :

 

#1214 - The used table type doesn't support FULLTEXT indexes

 

Im not very knowlegeable with mysql, is there a way to convert the table, or can it be left individually as MyISAM safely without causing problems.
