icepick
Hi, My invoicing is set to happen on the 1st of the month for a number of clients I'm migrating from manual invoice application. If my customers due date is the 1st of next month and I added them into the system now (20th) would the cron this evening notice that they havent been invoiced for next month and actually process the invoice? Or does WHMCS only look for invoices due on a specific day, i.e If I had added them on the 9th , then ONLY on the 10th would they be invoiced (21 days prior)? Cheers Barry
PPH
It looks for any that are due according to your settings for invoice creation. Doesn't matter if it is the "exact" day or 5 days into it.
icepick
Cool, so just to confirm, if I created a product tonight , then set the due date for the 1st of August it would invoice the customer on cronjob
PPH
It does when we do it. It will also create them by clicking the button on the admin home page to create invoices if you don't want to wait That is if they aren't already created or use paypal subscriptions.
