About Adding product and Services AT whmcs

I’m very interested in using your software. We are the vendor of Joomla extensions. Our Business Model is like; we provide our component for free. And we charge for Addoons(product) and services(subscription).

Basically, we sell both Addons and Subscription (services). Our subscription comes under the Bundles which also includes addons. We have 3 Subscription scheme, Basic, Expert & Premium.

Basic subscriber gets 4 Paid addons, Expert gets 11 Paid Addons, Premium Subscriber gets All paid addons from our marketplace.

 

So while purchasing Subscription a membership should be created automatically (Premium forum) And only the one will membership (subscription) should be able to post tickets to our support system. Other non-subscriber will contact us Via Forum ( Kuena forum that I’m planning to use)

Is there any Forum in WHMCS that will enable users to interact with each other?

 

I hope you also provide customization services. How much does it takes to customize WHMCS as per my requirement?

You can apply 11 addons to product x using the product addons system, However for automatically setting up your forum and only allowing certain people to submit a ticket will need custom development,
