Email Pipe not working

Hi all,

 

I have setup a 15 day trial tonight with view to purchasing a new license. I have setup every aspect of WHMCS very easily but have hit my first brick wall.

 

I cannot make the email pipe work. I have setup the required forwarders through my DirectAdmin control panel, and the corresponding departments are setup in WHMCS.

 

All messages sent to the specified addresses are bouncing, thus not being delivered to my WHMCS system.

 

Any ideas guys?

I'm far from an expert, only a beginner in fact but that does sound like a rebuild of one of your packages may be required, or an update at least.

 

Hopefully someone here can pinpoint it for it - have you searched the knowledgebase?
