Right so i recently blocked someone on whmcs trying to upload some random file

13Сʱ���조������峵�䡱.xls

 

and then today i went on and there was another ticket by the same person trying to upload a .doc so I'm just wondering how they managed to do this with the same email when its meant to be blocked? :S

 

If anyone can explain this to me that would be great lol
