Almost spend money for WHMCS

bogo

Question

W'll certainly to it the next few Days but still have some Questions.

- Like many others, we using eSupport as ticket system. Now, reading in there Board an here, I don't think there will ever be a tight integration. What I thinking off is the other way around: Get my Tickets into WHMCS! I guess this way I'm much more on the safe site ...Is there as solution around importing from eSupport?

- we have some troubles with the CATCHA Images - it just doesn't get displayed. Minor problem

- Import from phpCoin. we'll to is manually, so I'm looking for some advice how to do it at best. Right now I doing it this way: add a new client, add new order, add Domains and add Payments. Taxing, and I have troubles whit add Domains. 'cause those customers have all domains! Tried, the Transfer Option but then I get ask for the code!

All I want is to add a existing domain (which is all ready stored in phpCoin) to a Client.

PS: Since the German Translation of the User interface didn't full fill our needs we did a whole new translation. if some one care about it - leme know

You can check out my sig. for a integration. If you do not like it, you can always just use the built in one from WHMCS.

That will be your server side problem not WHMCS. Make sure PHP has the module GD compiled with it.

Jep, thanks Adam

I'm aware of the work you have done, but on the other hand I rather stick to WHMCS for some reason:

1. I don't want to get in the Business of having to support 2 own pieces of Software. Each of them has his own release cycles and philosophies. I rather keep one update- and thats it.

2. I look for a fully integrated Helpdesk. A "bridge" is just the last Solution. As soon as the DB scheme gets change - you are nowhere.

3. I guess that matt will put in some work in the helpdesk to catch up to esupport. So I will be on the safe side. Even if matt would charge a extra fee for a comprehensive helpdesk module I would buy it.

I still look for a solution to get my ticket into WHM via "import" :D
