chris29 Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Is there a feature in WHMCS or a plug-in that will automatically block tickets from being opened that contain certain words or phrases? Like the 'Spam Control' option that already exists in WHMCS, except the filters will apply to tickets submitted via the website and not just tickets opened via email.
